I’m two weeks in and two or three times through each of my balance movements and I think it’s a great start. The load on the lunges increased 20% and the Split Squats went up almost 30%, including a doubling of the chain weight to 80lbs. Keeping this short so the video can tell the story because it proves you don’t have to settle for what life hands you.
