  • Deadlift: 585 (goal:665; American Record:661)-Trying  like hell for a National Record in 2016.
  • Meet PR: 578lbs 11/7/15 – CA state record
  • 605 (PR +20lbs) 8/16/15 – 60 to go.
  • Squat: 457 raw (goal:525; CA Record:523)-The same progress I’ve made my first two years back in training gets me close. Another year, another 70lbs.
  • 465 raw (PR+8lbs) 10/2/15 – 60 to go.
  • 475 raw (PR+10lbs) 10/17/15 – 50 to go.
  • 485 raw (PR+10lbs) 11/7/15 – 40 to go.
  • Bench: 308 comp (goal:345)-My weakest: Parkinson’s, right bicep tendon graft + elbow surgery last year, now Tendinosis in my left elbow. Hoping for a quick fix and second comeback in two years.
  • Meet PR: 308 – 11/7/15
  • 315 (PR + 7lbs) 8/22/15
  • Total: 1289 in 1st meet (goal:1475; CA Record:1471)-Closer than it looks. Totaled 1218 with only 220 Bench due to the torn elbow in my last meet. Would’ve been ~1320 if trained and healthy. Squat and DL goals leave the Bench room to DROP to 285, but the Grand Slam of the Big 3 goals crushes the record by 64lbs at 1535.
  • 1345 (PR+56lbs) 10/17/15 – 130 to go
  • 1371 (PR+26lbs) 11/7/15 – 104 to go
